A new monthly series of the words and music extravaganza hosted by Paul Muldoon continues on September 9th 2019 at the Irish Arts Center of New York.

Named after a popular New York vaudeville act and an Irish-American knockabout farce from the 1880s, Muldoon’s Picnic is an entertainment devised and developed by Paul Muldoon.

While it has been presented in other settings (including Armagh, Belfast, Carrick-on-Shannon, Cork, Dublin, Edinburgh, Ennis, Galway, Navan, Sligo and Washington), the main venue for Muldoon’s Picnic continues to be the Irish Arts Center in New York City. The house band for Muldoon’s Picnic is Rogue Oliphant.
